Piazza Montecitorio

The seat of the Chamber of Deputies since 1871. From the date of its design up to its present-day appearance, the Palazzo has gone through various phases and reworkings by the likes of Gian Lorenzo Bernini, Carlo Fontana, and Ernesto Basile.
Inside, it contains works of art by Rosai, Carrà, De Chirico, Viani, Boldini, and Campigli; one of the paintings is Paolo Veronese’s “Marriage at Cana”.
